Presidential jet expected to convey First Lady back to Nigeria tomorrow

If reports emanating from Aso Rock are close to the truth, then Nigeria’s First Lady, Mrs. Patience Jonathan may arrive the country within the next few hours.

The President’s wife upon her return from a Dubai trip was hurriedly flown out of the country in an air ambulance over a month ago.
In preparation for her return, one of the jets in the presidential fleet last night flew out to Germany to bring home Mrs Jonathan.
The information managers of the presidency have maintained sealed lips over her health status claiming she only travelled abroad to “rest after a hectic schedule of hosting the African First Ladies Forum.”
In a bid to lay to rest the debate over the whereabouts and the present health status of the First Lady, the presidency, a few days back made public a short video clip showing the President, his wife, their kids and chaplain of the State House Chapel in Germany, but obviously not in any of the German hospitals.
Some Nigerians have condemned the game being played with the health of the First Lady, comparing it with the 2009 controversial issue of late President Umar Musa Yar’adua when Nigerians were kept in the dark
about the health of their president.
