Since the implementation of the new Lagos state traffic laws which restricted the operation of commercial motorcycles known as okada on 475 routes in the state, residents of the commercial city have been adjusting to a new type of life without that means of transportation.
The pictures below tell a tale of betrayal by the Lagos state governor, Babatunde Fashola against okada riders. But the question many continue to ask is, are there ready alternative means of transportation in place to ameliorate the peoples' sufferings?
