Eagles did everything I wanted them to do- Keshi

Super Eagles Chief Coach, Stephen Keshi, said that the Super Eagles played to instructions in their 1-1 draw against Burkina Faso.
The Nigerian team threw away a one goal lead as their opponents equalised in the 94th minute.
Keshi, speaking in Nelspruit, South Africa after the match, said the players did all he asked them to do.
“I’m very proud of the boys, they did everything that I wanted them to do.
“And the last 25days, its the fourth game we played together as a collective player because we are building. I’m just gonna let everything die down tonight, let them sleep off and tomorrow I will pick it up. (his game is gone and I will prepare them for the game against Zambia,” he said
The Coach also spoke on the surprised absence of Chelsea forward, Victor Moses, in the encounter.
“He took a knock in Faro and 2 days ago during training. Didn’t want to risk him only to take him off 10 mins later,” he said.
Eagles Captain, Joseph Yobo, who made series of blunders during the match, also said the Super Eagles gave their best for the game.
“All I said was that we will get to the finals, or we will progress and at least we will make a good account of ourselves.
“We wanted to win today’s match that was why we gave all that we have, this is the first game we are playing, we gave everything today,” he said.
