Newly formed Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors’ Forum met in Abuja on Monday to commence moves to checkmate the newly formed opposition group under the auspices of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
The governors have also resolved to set up a crisis mediation committee led by Katsina State Governor, Ibrahim Shema, to attempt to bring together the warring members in the South West zone of the party. This is coming as the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) has resolved to postpone the election of a new chairman till May
