Eminent Nigerian jurist, Justice Babakoyade Eso is dead. The popular judge died at his home in Lagos today according to a family source.Justice Eso is regarded as one of the most daring and respected judge of the Nigerian Supreme Court to ever live. Born in Ilesha in Osun state, Justice Eso has a bachelors as well as masters degree in law from the Trinity College in London.
He was aged 87.
