Concept is appluadable. In a corrupt society to show example worthy of emulation. However, I see a whole different issue. In the 90`s when I lived @Abj, there was zero percent chance that this will happen. Not because the officers and men were incapable or too arrogant to perform such demeaning assignment as some people will gladly like to refer to the act of villianttary. No!. But because, Abuja had power. electric power and Nepa/Phcn that was functional and could supply light to the federal capital territory. This is a shame. A shame because when other societies are progressing, nigeria is witnessing the age of darkness and retrogression orchestrated by bad leadership and corruption.too sad is all I can say. Too sad.
Thompson..you have said it all!
