Another local bomb-making factory was yesterday found at Hotoro Haye in Kano by the police during an operation in the area. Kano Commissioner of Police Alhaji Ibrahim K. Idris confirmed the development, saying two suspects were arrested at the factory.
Other items recovered from the factory include two AK47 rifles, two pistols, two bags of TNT, ready-made IEDs, remote control bombs, gas cylinders, a welding machine, one Tiger generator, one Lister generator, three motor vehicles and 90 rounds of live ammunition. Others are a drilling machine, 100 detonator heads, pyrotechnics' and some welding equipments.
